You are cordially invited to participate in our second workshop this Wednesday, October 15th from 6:30-8:00 PM. For more information see the link below.

Workshop 1 | Neighborhood 101@ Elysian Valley Community Garden

Workshop 2 @ Tracy A. Stone Architect

The second in a series of six public workshops focused on engaging neighbors on the future of Elysian Valley.

This workshop will focus on the adaptive reuse of existing buildings and the value of live/work spaces in the community.

Local architects Tracy Stone and Arturo Yanez will help facilitate the workshop. Learn about fsyArchitects‘ future plans for BLOX on the corner of Blake & Know and the neighborhood’s first official live/work unit and home to Tracy A. Stone Architect and Grain Surfboards.

Want to see the actual site of BLOX? Come early to tour the newest adaptive reuse building at 2029 Blake Avenue. Headquarters Creative Studios will open their studio from 6:00-6:30 PM.

We will provide light refreshments, childcare and Spanish interpretation.
